I started this blog in November 2010 because I wanted a music blog where it's just about the MUSIC. No interviews, no lengthy articles, no video vixen pictures, Just Music. The blog's name has two meanings one of which is basically Music After 2000 the other meaning is from a song by Erykah Badu entitled A.D. 2000.
Many say that there isn't good music anymore, I say throughout history there has always been an artistic expression of the time and in the present it's often undervalued or overlooked. Well, good music today is a direct representation of that.
So, I basically just post musicians that I feel are sometimes overlooked, whose music is worth hearing, or relevant to the times. I like to focus on underground artists, up-and-coming artists, and generally GOOD artisit. No particular genre, just Good Music. Enjoy!
